There are two issues of the second abridged edition: this one has p. [3-6], 1st count, from a different setting of type and the words "Flecken Wohnplätzen" in line 7-8 and "unerhörter" in line 17 of the title page proper; the other has the words "Flecken vnd Wohnplätzen" in lines 7-8 and the word "vnerhörter" in line 17 of the title page proper

There is also a double folded illustration with two views of the harbor of Olinda, in Brazil; contains numerous in text illustrations which are illustrations, maps, and plans
